Self check-in without a reception desk:

• After confirming the reservation you will receive an email from Nobilis Residence with instructions and access to the MyAlfred application with a registration form (online check-in)
• On the morning of the arrival day, we will send you a unique PIN code to the e-mail for access to the building and the apartment.
• The reserved apartment will be ready on the day of arrival from 15:00. The PIN will only be valid at 15:00.
• The PIN code for electronic locks will be active from this moment until the day the guest leaves for home.
• End of stay on the day of departure: no later than 11:00 (PIN code is deactivated).

Payment:

We accept Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR). Payment is possible by card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO) or by bank transfer.

Cancellation policy:

• A confirmed standard reservation is fully guaranteed and can be canceled free of charge no later than 3 days before arrival.
• Late change/cancellation, NO-SHOW and early departure: 100% of the total price of the ordered services will be charged.

Cleaning

Every 2 days we take out the basket, change towels and replenish toiletries. We clean the rooms and change of bed linen every 4 days and after each departure. If you wish to change this service, please contact us. The possibility of adjusting this service depends on the occupancy of the Residence.
